Real Estate Closings: Buyer/Seller/Lender Representation
For sellers, we prepare contracts, deeds, transfer documents and closing documents. We explain to sellers the financial figures and communicate with their real estate agent to assist in the real estate sale.
For purchasers, we review contracts and make necessary changes to protect their rights. We perform title work, deal with bank if there is a bank involved in the closing, attend closing, go over documents with the purchaser and record the deed.
For lenders, we prepare the lender documents and the HUD-1 settlement statement, make sure that borrower forms are filled out, make sure original documents are signed and returned to bank, that original documents are recorded or returned to bank and that bank funds are properly dispersed.
